Your Details
I hereby bindingly register for the practical training in Mumbai from 27th January to 7th February 2020 (10 days of class) at a charge of 1100,- Euro.
Important: After receipt of our payment you will get a confirmation of this payment and all necessary information via eMail. Travel costs, food and accommodation you have to balance of your own.

terms and conditions:
 

  1. Registration is completed and binding, if the following criteria are met: a) Receipt of the completed registration form 
    b) Receipt of payment of the complete seminar fee of EUR 1,100 via bank transfer  OR
    Receipt of a non-refundable deposit of EUR 300 via bank transfer; the remaining amount of EUR 800 is due by 15 Dec 2019.
  2. Cancellation Fees: If participation is cancelled before 15 Dec 2019 the non-refundable deposit of EUR 50 is kept; the remaining amount of the already paid seminar fee will be reimbursed.
    If the cancellation occurs later than 15 Dec 2019 the seminar fee cannot be reimbursed; EXCEPT
    a) another participant is found by the cancelling party OR
    b) a member of the waiting list can take the place.
    In those cases we will reimburse the complete seminar fee minus an administration fee of EUR50.
  3. Any audio or video recording of the training is prohibited. Photography is allowed.
  4. The training may be filmed by the Regensburger Institut. These recordings may be used at homeopathy trainings or are sold as DVDs or similar media for training purposes. Participants will necessarily be filmed as well. The participant hereby agrees to this.
  5. Any and all patient data disclosed during the training is to be treated with confidentiality.
  6. The Regensburg Institute is not liable for the content of the training. Administrative alterations are reserved.
  7. In the case of cancellation of the training the participation fee will be paid back. The participant cannot claim execution of the training. The Regensburger Institut assumes no liability for consequential damage, especially loss of profit or claims of third parties.
  8. The court of jurisdiction for all legal disputs is Regensburg.
